Shri V.S. Choudhary, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent/State.
Petitioner has filed this writ petition making a prayer before this Court to issue writ of mandamus directing respondent to consider and decide the pending representation and pay arrears of petitioner amounting to Rs.4,92,993/-. Petitioner's services were terminated and petitioner has filed a case before Labour Court. Labour Court allowed the claim of petitioner vide its order dated 03.02.2009. Thereafter, respondents had challenged the said order in appeal and also before High Court in writ petition which was dismissed. Petitioner is making a claim for DA arrears of employee between period 10.02.2009 to 13.11.2018. This is the period after passing of order by the Labour Court and reinstatement of petitioner.
In view of aforesaid circumstances of the case, without commenting on the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent authority to consider and decide the representation of petitioner by passing a reasonable and speaking order.
With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of. C.C. as per rules.
