Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh District Planning Committees (Constitution, Powers and Functions) Act, 2011
1. Short title, Extent & Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh District Planning Committees (Constitution, Powers and Functions) Act, 2011.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh or part thereof as may be notified by the State Government.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
