Section 20(5) in Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010
(5)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office, or until he attains the age of sixty five years, whichever is earlier. In case of vacancy of first Vice Chancellor created before five years the State Government shall appoint the Vice Chancellor for remaining period of five years.
