Section 2(a) in Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and Furnishing of Combined Returns under various Labour Laws by certain Establishments) Act, 2015
(a)"employer", in relation to the concerned Scheduled Act, means the person who is required to obtain Registration and furnish Returns under that Act;
