HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 09/02/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has, in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13403/2021 in case of Rakesh Kumar Jain Vs. State of Rajasthan involving identical controversy, while issuing notice, passed interim order and prays for similar relief.
Issue notice. Notices be filed in two sets. One set of notices be sent through registered post with acknowledgment due. Rule is made returnable by five weeks. Steps to be taken within a week.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order dated 22.11.2021 passed by this Court in case of Rakesh Kumar Jain (supra).
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the material on record and the order dated 22.11.2021 passed in case of Rakesh Kumar Jain (supra), this Court deems it just and proper to restrain the respondents from making promotion on the post of Senior (Downloaded on 09/02/2022 at 10:11:33 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-585/2022] Munsarim, Bharatpur Judgeship, till further orders, only if they intend to consider Stenographer Grade I and Executive Assistant-
cum-Personal Assistant for promotion.
List the matter alongwith S.B. CiviL Writ Petition No.13403/2021 as prayed.
