9. Tariff Structure.
- The tariff for solar energy technologies shall be single part tariff consisting of the following fixed cost components:(a)Return on equity;(b)Interest on loan capital;(c)Depreciation;(d)Interest on working capital;(e)Operation and maintenance expenses;
