IA No.285526/2024:-

1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the applicant/petitioner has raised substantial grounds in the Special Leave Petition.
3. He submits that the petitioner is the sole bread winner of the family and he has to support his aged parents and his own wife and children.
4. He invites the attention of this Court to the statement made Signature Not Verified in the application and the same reads as under: “The petitioner is Digitally signed by KANCHAN CHOUHAN Date: 2024.12.20 09:53:41 IST Reason: willing to accept any reasonable increased in fine amount to be 1 paid to the family of the victims/deceased”.
5. He also placed heavy reliance on the recent judgment of this Court in Muthupandi vs. State, through the Inspector of Police, Nilakottai1.
6. Considering the submissions, the application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is exempted from surrendering.
7. List the matter after four weeks before the appropriate Court.
