5. Furnishing of further information, clarification and personal representation.
(1)The Board may require the applicant to furnish further information or clarification regarding matters relevant to his activity of a portfolio manager for the purposes of disposal of the application.(2)The applicant or, its principal officer shall, if so required, appear before the Board for personal representation.
