Section 12 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
12. Registrar.
- The Registrar shall be a whole time salaried officer and shall act as the Secretary of the Syndicate [and of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research] [These words added by Gujarat No. 30 of 2003, dated 19th September 2003.], He shall be appointed by Syndicate in accordance with the Statutes to be made in this behalf, and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be determined by such Statutes. He shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Ordinances.
