Section 8(1) in The Goa Private Security Agencies Rules, 2008
(1)On receipt of an application in Form I for verification of the character and antecedents of the applicant and Form II for grant of a new licence or renewal of the existing licence, the Controlling Authority shall make such inquiries, as it considers necessary to verify the contents of the application and particulars of the applicant.
