Section 17(1) in Assam Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958
(1)The State Government may, with the consent of the Corporation, appoint such ancillary, technical or non-technical staff and such other subordinate staff as may be necessary for the proper provision of medical benefit, for ensured persons by the State Government.
