Section 1 in The Maharashtra Miscellaneous Alienations (in Hyderabad Enclaves) Abolition Act, 1965
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Miscellaneous Alienations (in Hyderabad Enclaves) Abolition Act, 1965.(2)It extends to the enclaves of the former Hyderabad State included in the former Province of Bombay by the India and Hyderabad (Exchange of Enclaves) Order, 1950, and now forming part of the State of Maharashtra.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
