(1)Every licensed vendor shall at all times keep affixed in a conspicuous position outside his place of vend a placard bearing his name and the words "Licensed Vendor of Stamps" in Hindi.(2)He shall also keep at his place of vend his license and copies of the Act and its schedule together with these rules in English and in Hindi. He shall permit any intending purchaser to inspect the Act, Schedule and Rules.
