Section 57 in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
57. Withdrawal of Degrees etc.
- The Academic Council may by resolution passed with the concurrence of not less than 2/3rd of the members voting, withdraw any Degree: Post-graduate Degree, Diploma or any Honorary Degree or any other academic distinction conferred by the University:Provided that no such resolution shall be moved without giving an opportunity of showing cause against the proposed withdrawal to the candidate concerned.
