(a)shall paint or affix, and keep painted o affixed, its name on the outside of every office or place in which its business carried on, in a conspicuous position, letters easily legible and in English characters, and also, if the registered office situate in a place beyond the local limit of the ordinary original civil jurisdiction of a High Court, in the characters of one of the vernacular languages used in the place;
