Section 3(1) in The Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation Act, 1972
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf, the State Government may establish for the purpose of this Act a Corporation to be known as the Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation.
