Section 37(3) in Orissa Superior Judicial Service and Orissa Judicial Service Rules, 2007
(3)A Judge shall be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, witnesses, lawyers, and others with whom the Judge deals in an official capacity and would require similar conduct of lawyers and of staff, Court officials, and other subject to the Judge's direction and control.
