Section 14(iv) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(iv)It the conditions of this rule are fulfilled, the appointing authority shall accept the resignation of the employee in writing from a specified date.
