(9)All posts of teachers, librarians, non-teaching staff, hostel and mess employees, approved part-time and approved whole-time contractual teachers of the Raiganj College (University College) so absorbed under this section shall be the post of the University and shall with effect from the date of coming into force of this Act, be deemed to have been created in the University.
