Section 4(1) in The Pepsu Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1954
(1)Any landlord whose rights have been extinguished under section 3 may, within twelve months from the appointed day, make an application to the special officer of competent jurisdiction in such form and manner as may be prescribed, for the determination of the amount of compensation payable to him.
