134. Communications regarding their leave, etc., by Government Officer at public expense prohibited.
- Government officers are not entitled to send communications regarding their leave, pay transfer, allowance funds, subscriptions and analogous matters at the expense of the State. Such communications are private and not official and should not therefore be sent at public expense.Chapter-VII Kanungos
