35. Relaxation from the Conditions of Service.
- When the Governor is satisfied that the operation of any rule regulating the condition of service persons appointed to the service causes undue hardship in any particular case, he may, notwithstanding anything contained in these rules applicable to the case, by order dispense with or relax the requirements of that rule to such extent and subject to such conditions as he may consider necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner:Provided that the Court and the Commission shall be consulted before the requirements of a rule are dispensed with or relaxed.
