Section 26(2) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(2)The Registrar or the person authorized by him for the purpose of any inquiry shall have all the powers to inspect records and direct for production of and take copy of any document of the concerned sports Association for the purpose of the enquiry.
