Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Gift Goods (Trade & Unlawful Possession) Act, 1964
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Central Act V of 1898), any offence under this Act shall be deemed to be a congnizable offence within the meaning of that Code.
