Section 13 in The Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006
13. Appeal to Government.
- An appeal shall lie to the Government from every order passed by the Commissioner and such appeal shall be filed within one hundred and twenty days from the date on which the order appealed against is received by the assessee.
