Section 24(i) in THE BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
(i)in sub-section (1), for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—"(c) all sums including charges and benefit sharing amount received by the State Biodiversity Board and from such other sources as may be decided by the State Government;";
