Section 12(a) in Andhra Pradesh Revision of Market Value Guidelines Rules, 1998
(a)record the statement of the person on whom, the notice has been served and may for the purpose of inquiry :(i)call for any information or record from any Public Officer or Officer or Authority under the State Government or any local authority.(ii)record statement from any member of the public office or Authority under the State Government, or any local authority.
