12. Term of Office and conditions of service of president and vice president of Gaon Panchayat.
(1)The term of office of every President and every Vice-President shall, save as otherwise And conditions provided in of service of President and Vice-President of Gaon Panchayat(2)Allowances and other conditions of service of President and Vice-President shall be as may be prescribed.
