Section 216(1)(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009

(a)Every establishment employing fifty or more building workers shall prepare a written statement of policy in respect of safety and health of building workers employed therein and submit such policy in triplicate to the Chief Inspector for his satisfaction.
