(1)In addition to generality of the provisions of Sections 7-A and 7-B, the occupier of the factory involved in hazardous process, shall make necessary arrangements for monitoring of level of exposure of chemical and toxic substances (whether hazardous or otherwise) in the work environment of the factory, as may be further instructed by the Chief Inspector.
