Section 11(2) in The Bihar Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1972
(2)The non-official members of the Board shall be paid travelling allowance for attending the meeting of the Board at such rates as are admissible to Grade I Officers of the State Government and daily allowance shall be calculated at the maximum rate admissible to Grade I Officers of the State Government.
