Section 49 in The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010
49. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie, instituted in any court against the Board or against any person or authority acting under the direction of any officer or other employee of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
