308. Decision of disputes whether places are markets.
- If any question arises whether any place, where persons assemble for the sale or purchase of articles of food or clothing or live-stock or poultry, or cotton, groundnut or other industrial crops or of any other raw or manufactured products, is a market or not, the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] concerned shall make a reference to the State Government and the decision of the State Government on the question shall be final.Cart Stands
