(45)Preventing of use of false or incorrect weights, etc. - the preventing of use in any market of false or incorrect weights, scales or measures;[(45-A) the printing and sale of bye-laws made under this Act and provision for the exhibition thereof in suitable places; [Inserted by M.P.
