(iva)[ Every Member of the Legislative Council of the State registered as an elector within the area of the Municipal Corporation as on the date of filing of nomination for becoming Member of Legislative Council or on the date of nomination by the Governor, as the case may be, shall be ex-officio member of the Corporation;] [Inserted by Act No.5 of 2008.]
