Section 78(12)(E) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006

(E)As far as possible the time taken for passing an order shall not exceed 6 weeks in respect of a child who is below two years of age and in respect of child above two years of age, within three months from the date of filing;
