Section 27(1)(e) in The U.P. Godam Niyamavali, 1972

(e)every weigher, sampler or classifier when plying his trade shall wear a distinguishing badge as may have been specified and supplied by the Licensing Authority. A fee of Rs. 5 shall be payable to the Licensing Authority as cost of one such badge.
