2. Nofices were issued on 67.05.2018 for fling welten stafement. Thereafier when the matter came up before the Registrar's court several fimes, none appeared for the applicant, On 17.09.2018 when ine mater came up before the Registrar's court for completion of pleadings, MrR Hazarika, learned: Addi C.GS.C. submitted that OA nad become infructuous and therefore prayed for listing of the matter before fhe Bench and occordingly, fhe matter has been Isted today.
3. Today alsa, none appears for the applicant. The grevance of the apolicant as projected In The OA js that fhe responder authority ignoring the Recruliment Rules makes. ap dirangerment to filup all ihe posts of OSSD Assistant Groade-| By direct recruitment, though the applicant is eligible for the said mast by way of promotion. Having defecied the said bonafide mist in the adverfserment. the Depuly Director S issued a corrigendum uncer Memo No. {Admin}, NEIGR-GADIR i, dated 25.05.2018 in rnodification of the advertisem yi dated 22.17.2016 and notified that fhe number of vacancies for the post of CSSD Assistan) Grade-| may be read as 1s 1ST} insiead of 2 (1-UR, 1 ST) as published in the nawepagial earlier, We have olso perused the said corrigendum. i yvoos further submiltied by The 'earned Addl. CAGB.C. that an view of the correction of posts in ine advettement. the cramoation of the apoolcant from CSSD ¢ Assistant Grad to CSSD Assistant Grade-+| would be now considered by. the BPC in the next meeting.
