1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Indian Fisheries (Goa, Daman and Diu Amendment No. 1) Act, 1970.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Lieutenant Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
