Shri Manoj Kumar Sharma, counsel for respondents. No one is appear on behalf of applicant even in the second round.

2. This Contempt Petition has been moved for non compliance of the order dated 19.06.2021 passed by Single Bench of this Tribunal in OA No.393 of 2 2021. In para 6 of the judgment the respondent no.4 was directed to decide the representation dated 06.12.2019 submitted by the applicant within a period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

3. The Compliance report/affidavit has been submitted by the respondents on 10.10.2022. The representation has been decided and the order has been passed. The copy of the order is annexed with the affidavit at page 9 and 10. It appears from the aforesaid document that sufficient compliance has been made. Therefore, no further proceedings are required.

4. Hence the contempt proceedings are dropped and the respondents are discharged from their liability.
