Section 1 in Telangana Intermediate Education Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent, and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.21, Higher Education (IE) Department, dated 20.10.2014.] Intermediate Education Act, 1971.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.21, Higher Education (IE) Department, dated 20.10.2014.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
