The order dated 05.07.2013, non-compliance of which has been alleged by the petitioner required the respondents to consider and decide the Representation made by the petitioner which has since been done as has been disclosed in the reply.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that the payment of entire amount has not been made which is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 states that the substantial amount of payment has been made to the petitioner and the remaining has been withheld on account of some dispute regarding quality of work executed by the petitioner.

If that be so then I am of the considered view that order of this Court which only required the respondents to consider Reena 2013.12.10 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh C.O.C.P. No. 2028 of 2013 2 the Representation has been complied with and, therefore, rule against the respondents is discharged and the instant petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, leaving the petitioner with liberty to pursue his remedy with the respondents.
