Section 69 in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000
69. Repeal and savings
(1)The Juvenile Justice Act, 1986 (53 of 1986) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
