Section 13(2) in The U.P. Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(2)The School Management Committee shall consist of 15 members out of which 11 shall be from amongst parents or guardians of children:Provided that 50 per cent of members of such Committee shall be women.
