Section 45 in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
45. Statements, returns, relating to grants made to be furnished to Government.
- The University shall furnish to the State Government such statements, returns accounts, reports and other information as the State Government may, from time to time, require, relating to any grants made by it and shall take such action and furnish such further statements, returns, accounts, reports, or other information relating to utilisation of any grants made by the State Government, within such time and in such manner, as the State government may, from time to time direct.
