Section 6(f) in The Rajasthan Grant-in-Aid to Agricultural Institutions Rules, 1977
(f)An order imposing punishment of the kind referred to in clause (e) above shall contain the reasons thereof and a copy of it shall be given to the person concerned immediately and sent to the Government for information within a month.
