Section 5(6) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(6)The Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Rajasthan or the Government, as the case may be, shall decide the application within 30 days of the receipt of the application and give decisive directions to the Registering Authority. Such directions shall also include the time period within which the decisions are to be complied with.
