Section 7(2) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(2)The State Government shall in every case give notice to the University of its intention to inspect or make an enquiry and the University shall be entitled to appoint a representative who shall have the right to be present and be heard at such inspection or enquiry.
