Section 17(4) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(4)A Panchayati Raj Institution constituted upon its dissolution before the expiration of its duration, shall continue only for the reminder of the period for which it would have continued under sub-Section (1) had it not been so dissolved.
