Section 3(1) in Rajasthan Special Economic Zones Act, 2015
(1)Any person, who intends to set up a Special Economic Zone, may, after identifying the area, make a proposal to the Department of Industries, Government of Rajasthan in such form and containing such particulars and accompanied by such documents and fees as may be prescribed.
